Show notes
That Girl Lay Lay, aka Alaya High, bonds with Keke over what it’s really like to be a child star ready to grow up. At 19, the actor and rapper opens up about evolving in the public eye, dating and heartbreak, having her dad as her manager, and why she feels a responsibility to the young fans who have grown up with her. She also talks about life after her Nickelodeon show, working with Monaleo, new music, and betting on herself with her self-funded film Growing Pains.
